Rebecca Brokmeier

Rebecca is the Corporate Finance Leader for US Deal Advisory & Strategy. In her role as Corporate Finance Leader, she oversees Capital Advisory, Cross-Border Transactions, and M&A Investment Banking services.

Rebecca has 25 years of client service experience and has been with KPMG for 19 years. She has broad experience acting as a financial adviser on numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, financings, fairness opinions, strategic assessments, and valuations. She has worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from large multinational publicly traded companies to private/family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining KPMG, Rebecca worked at a mid-sized asset management firm where she focused on financial analysis and investment advisory. She also worked at a large multinational consumer goods company as an analyst providing capital planning, liquidity management, and M&A evaluation. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
