KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Autow NationaLease Truck Rental, Inc. (“Autow” or the “Company”) to Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (“Velocity”).

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Autow is a leading full-service truck rental and leasing company. A multi-generational business founded in 1962, the Company has developed to become one of the largest independent truck rental and leasing businesses in the Southeast. With locations in Nashville, Knoxville, and Birmingham, Autow serves a variety of customers across a wide range of end markets through its fleet consisting of Hino, Freightliner, International, Isuzu, and Volvo brands. The sale also included Music City Trailer Repair, the trailer maintenance division of Autow.
