KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (“KPMG CF”) is pleased to announce the carve-out of Argonaut Manufacturing Services, Inc. (“Argonaut” or the “Company”) Life Sciences IVD and Drug Device division, a portfolio company of Telegraph Hill Partners, to 1315 Capital, LLC (“1315 Capital”). Telegraph Hill Partners will retain the Aseptic Drug Products division moving forward.
About Argonaut’s Life Sciences IVD and Drug Device Division
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, Argonaut’s Life Sciences IVD and Drug Device division is a specialized contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) providing end-to-end solutions across formulation, fill finish, lyophilization, and kitting for in-vitro diagnostics and complex drug-device combination products. The business serves a diversified base of global biopharma, diagnostics, and medtech customers and is recognized for its proprietary lyophilization technologies, strong regulatory track record, and highly recurring revenue model.
Upon closing, Argonaut’s Life Sciences IVD and Drug Device division transitioned into the newly formed entity, Aluris Sciences. The Company’s mission remains the same – customers will continue to work with the same experienced team, facilities, and capabilities, supported by pilot-stage programs through clinical, validation, and commercial manufacturing.
