(Micross), a portfolio company of Behrman Capital. The key factors that supported the team’s success included broad industry knowledge of the high-reliability semiconductor space, the ability to identify the right buyer and favorably position the Company by highlighting the potential synergies and growth opportunities, and the ability to manage a complex divestiture process.
The transaction represents the fifth completed over the last 2 years in the A&D market by the semiconductor & electronics team. Semtech reached out to KPMG CF as a result of our 15‑year relationship with the CEO and CFO and retained us because of our strong track record in the space.
