SmartBox is a growing, tech-enabled, and data-driven provider of turnkey digital marketing services to dental practices across the U.S. It serves over 5,000 clients including independent dental practices, specialty practices, and dental services organizations and provides them a strong ROI on their marketing spend. SmartBox is headquartered in New Albany, Indiana.
KPMG CF acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to SmartBox. The key factors supporting KPMG’s CF's success included our industry knowledge of the digital marketing space, key relationships with buyers, our ability to optimally position SmartBox’s business, senior level attention to execution and the ability to drive and maintain competitive tension throughout the process.
