KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (KPMG CF) was proud to serve as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of EcoTech Inc. (“EcoTech” or the “Company”) in a transaction with the parent company of Bulk Reef Supply (“BRS”), a portfolio company of Bertram Capital.
Headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, EcoTech was formed in 2003. EcoTech is a premier designer and manufacturer of ecosystem management technologies, including lighting, pumps, controls, and accessories. The Company’s product suite and software allows its users precise and simple control over a range of environmental conditions and seasonal variations required by animals and plants.
This investment will allow EcoTech to accelerate the development of its new products, while still offering its same great products and services. The Company’s management team will continue to lead the day-to-day operations.
